Bed Leveling Issues

nearly every time before a print starts the following happens:

heating bed(_55°C) and nozzle(_180°C)
some filament oozing out of the CCF nozzle because of the _180°C
"trying" to clean the nozzle, still with the _180°C (way to cold for cleaning)
cooling down the nozzle, which leads to a hardend small piece of filament unter the nozzle
bed leveling which obviously fails because of the hardend oozed filament

does anyone have the same problem?

Did you find a solution to this? I think I may be having similar issues, getting Z axis offset error before loading any filament on initial alignment. There were 17 prints in it from factory though and it leaves a small bit on the plate in spots.

If you are just setting up, be sure to remove the hard red spacers on the y axis rail - they prevent proper homing due to restricted travel(will still "home" but out of position).
